I was born in Spartanburg, SC on October 29, 1973. I had an interest in music at a very young age as my mother would take me to our small country church every Sunday, and I listened to the beautiful gospel hymns. I began to sing songs with my cousin at the age of 6. Later in life I strayed from my roots and started singing and playing clubs for several years. I knew inside that there must be a better life, so I ventured back to the little country church where I was raised. It was then that I began writing praise and worship songs and singing on the Praise Team. The Lord has blessed me with some beautiful songs and I feel the world needs to hear them. So now at age 33, with 3 beautiful children and a wonderful wife I am finally doing what God has planned for me - spreading the gospel through songs. What a true blessing to work for my King and use the talent He has blessed me with. – Shane Davis
